With the reasonable gap between the moving upper blade and the fixed bottom blade, the machine press shearing power onto metal sheet with different thickness, and make the sheet break and split. Shearing belong to forging and pressing mechanics. It’s mainly used in metal fabrication field. It is widely used in the equipment manufacturing and parts fabrication for aviation, light industry, metallurgy, chemistry,construction,ship building, automobile, electricity, household appliances,decoration.
When the shearing machine work, it should meet the requirement of the horizontal and vertical sides of the cutting, and lessen the contortion of the metal sheet so as to achieve high quality. The upper blade is fixed on the blade carrier and the bottom blade is fixed on the worktable. There are feeding balls on the worktable to avoid scraping when the sheet slides in the machines. The back gauge is used for fixing the sheet, and the device is adjusted by engine. The press cylinder is used for pressing sheet to prevent the movement of sheet during shearing. The guardrail is a safety device to prevent injury. The returning movement is motivated by nitrogen, so it is fast and has a big collision force.
The processing range of sheet in our company is no longer than 3000mm, and no thick than 8mm.
